Actually I did not visit the dealer, I made a phone call asking about 93 grade gas in my new 4 cyl Venu. The tech told me it would not make any difference in a smaller engine, or even impyy try ive mileage. That was the end of the conversation.

I really was impressed with my car buying experience at Tx Hyundai. My sales person was Taylor. This guy was a Superman who flew us through all the process. He is very product knowledgeable. Seems like he sleeps in one. He drives a Hyundai and knows what you can expect from this vehicle we bought. Our finance mgr we had was really a great man. He was a God fearing man who stood On Faith. His name was Trey. We spent I know over an hour 1/2 in his office cause we were gonna finance at the Bank we use but he showed us all the ins and out about this process. He talked to us about a 100,000 mile 6 yr wrap around and it was great knowing our car would be covered for that many miles. In my books this Dealership could stand up with the big boys in larger cities and compete with them

This was one of the best ever car deals. Taylor our salesman was very product Knowledgeable and is great not to be A pushy salesman. On the back side in finance,Trey wa very professional and worked with us. We were go to the CU butt we were showed the pros and.cons so we decided to finance with the Dealership. I bought a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T at the end of December and was very pleased with the great service I received and the ease and quickness in selecting and purchasing my new vehicle. I checked thee Texoma Hyundai website before driving to the dealership to find the vehicle I wanted and was contacted by Chastin Smith when I made an online inquiry. Chastin helped me through the buying process and after telling him I didn’t want to spend a great deal of time at the dealership to minimize COVID risks he told me he’d make everything as smooth and quick as possible. The day I decided to go in I texted him to let him know I was on my way and the SUV was ready for a test drive as soon as I got there. After the preliminaries we took the car for a test drive to make sure it was the one I really wanted. Being the end of year model and close to the end of the year I received a great deal and all I needed to do was wait or the Finance Department which can be a time-consuming affair. I actually just waited 20 minutes for the finance man to finish up with another customer and I went in his office and went over all sales contract, signing everything, and was out of his office in at the most 20 minutes. He didn’t push any unnecessary add-ons or the like so I was very pleased with that part as well. All in all I was 100% satisfied with Chastin, the finance manager, and Texoma Hyundai in general. I would highly recommend Texoma Hyundai and Chastin Smith in particular when you’re in the market for a new or used Hyundai! I’ll definitely make my next vehicle purchase there again!

Had the best car buying experience at this dealership. I was looking for a particular color Palisade. Fortunately they had it. Quiana Shepard was a no pressure sales rep. She was very personable and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. The manager and finance rep were also great to work with. Buying a vehicle can be stressful but that was not the case with Texoma Hyundai in Sherman. It was worth the drive!
